| Our goal is to provide the best repair service available for your dictation and transcription machines. |

| | Terms of Repair:
We will service ANY MAKE or MODEL of dictation or transcription machine.
We will charge a flat labor rate of $65.00 per machine plus parts and shipping.
Our normal turnaround time will be 7 days.
Our repair warranty will be 30 days on labor and 90 days on parts.
If a needed part is on backorder, then more time may be required for repair and our service department will contact you by e-mail or phone.
If a machine is deemed unrepairable or parts are no longer available, then our service department will contact you by e-mail or phone. |
